1. “Members” and “Student Members” (PhD / Undergraduate / Master’s Students) categories refer to current members of the Japanese Society for Vascular Biology or the Korean Society for Vascular Biology.
2. Students must upload a valid student ID at the time of registration.
3. Residents must upload a certificate verifying their training status.
4. Members who are residents, undergraduate or Master’s students are exempt from registration fees; however, creating a personal “My Page” account is required.
5. The abstract book will be provided in digital PDF format. Download instructions will be sent to pre-registered participants as the conference date approaches.

*Please note that registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

You may download both documents from your account (“My Page”).
Please print the Certificate of Attendance on standard A4 paper and bring it to the venue.
Participants are required to carry their certificate at all times while inside the venue.

Login to “My Page” and go to “Payment”, items for which payment has been completed will appear under Payment History.

• Click “Receipt” to download your receipt in PDF format.
• Click “Certificate of Attendance” to download your certificate in PDF format.

2. To start the registration, please click the button labeled “Go to Registration System”.
   You will be directed to the login page to create your personal account.
   Please, click “Create New Account”, then enter your name, email address, and other required fields to complete your registration.
3. Each participant must complete the registration individually.
4. Registration is considered complete only after both (1) your basic information has been submitted and (2) your payment has been confirmed.
   Please note that registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
   
5. Once your registration is complete, a confirmation email and a payment completion notice will be sent automatically.
   If you do not receive confirmation emails within 24 hours, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
6. Please select your membership category.
   Members are required to enter their membership number when creating an account.
   Those who are currently applying for membership or who are non-members should enter 99.
